Overview:

We are a boutique facility AAAASF certified surgery center seaking dedicated and compassionate RN to join our OR team .

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. Our goal is to provide a high level of care to our patients as well as providing a positive work place .Full time , PRN positions available.

Responsibilities:

- Circulate surgical procedures

- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments on patients

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

- Recover patients in PACU / Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

- Provide patient education on postop care /medication administration .

- Conduct discharge planning and coordinate post-discharge care services

Requirements:

- Valid Registered Nurse license

- BLS & ACLS certified

- Minimum [2] years of nursing experience in a clinical setting

- ICU and or PACU experience required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
